On the other hand, I was into the tribal trend immediately. Earth tones and geometric patterns are two of my favorite things, and I love it even more when you put them on clothes.
Can we talk about this tank top for a second? Yeah, I know it's gray, blah, blah, blah, I'm so boring, but that vertical pattern would be SO flattering. The shorts are good, too. Not Bermuda-length, which can be tricky on some shapes, but still long enough that they don't look like hot pants. I added some more tribal inspiration with the bracelets and kept the rest of the accessories simple, because if I'm going to wear a bold pattern, then I want that to be the focal point of the outfit. This would be great for a backyard party when you need to stay cool but still look put together.
Just for fun, I wanted to see how it would look if you went tribal for something a little dressier. The voice in my head is saying, "Giiiiirl!" right now.
The bag is obviously the standout here, which was intentional. It's such an eye-catching piece that you need to let it shine or you might get clashy. I'm really digging the wedges, too, and their subtle woven texture tie back to the bag. But without screaming at you, obviously, because I'm already screaming for that bag and we don't need any more noise in here.
Do you have anything tribal? What's your favorite piece here? Do I have a fellow fan for the bag? How do you like to wear tribal motifs?
