Sick Day

I made it ALL winter without getting a cold, and now that it's spring one decided to use my body as a host. Thanks, germs.

I had some fun posts planned out for this week (more Dressing Like A Frenchwoman, plus an update on our zillion DIY projects!) but now everything is getting pushed back a day. It's time for Netflix, tea, and napping instead. I'll be back tomorrow with fewer germs and more French fashion ideas.

On the bright side, it was almost 70 yesterday and I did get to go enjoy it before the germs descended too far. How was your weekend? Anybody else battling a springtime cold? Have you been enjoying some nice weather? What movies should I watch today?

  5. Boooo, I hope you feel better! I haven't been sick since my horrible stomach flu on Christmas Day (knock on wood). This insane weather with extreme temps is the perfect ingredient for spring cold though. Rest up!

  6. Hubby just picked up some germs (my guess from Gus who is also snorting and sniffling away) and is feeling lousy. Relax and take a break so you can feel better faster!

  7. We had gorgeous weather but sadly spent most of it running errands to Home Depot and IKEA. We did get outside for a walk in my favorite garden down the street though.

I'm sorry you're sick! I've had a sinus infection thing that has lingered and won't really go away for weeks. Ugh. I wish you much netflix and rest. :)

  11. My throat has been killing me for days, but I don't know if it's from a cold, allergies, or being wrecked by airplane air! Feel better soon and I look forward to seeing your posts!
