Giveaway: exit343design

Happy Monday! Let's start the week off with a bang and meet my XL sponsor, Stephanie of exit343design. Stephanie makes stationary, t-shirts, prints, tote bags... basically a ton of fun things that would be great for gift-giving any time of year. Or maybe you just want to get something for yourself. Either way, cute stuff is about to happen on your screen. Also, you have a chance to win a new stationary set! Let's say hello to Stephanie so she can fill you in:

Greetings! Tell us a little about yourself.

My name is Stephanie and I live in a suburb of Philadelphia, PA. I’m a printmaker and photographer by night and weekend and a production assistant at a local screenprinting company by day; however, I’m hoping to make the former my all-the-time soon! I love petting strangers’ dogs, eating burritos, and traveling whenever possible.

Instagram Filter Print, $15

Do you have a blog? What do you like to write about?

thehappysqueegee.com doubles as the news section of my art website and a blog about craft shows, contemporary makers, printmaking, travel, and other things in between. I curate a "treasury tuesday" feature which showcases a weekly selection of etsy products based on a theme. I'm also hoping to introduce a studio spotlight feature with local artists and makers.

You've been on Etsy for a while. What do you sell?

exit343design is my silkscreen printing and design business. I create art prints, hand-printed stationery, t-shirts, tote bags, and button/magnet sets. I also work with clients to create custom stationery for weddings and events.

Well Hello There Greeting Card, $4

How did you get started on Etsy?

Oh gosh, there's no real exciting story. I opened my storefront in 2007 hoping that someone, anyone would like my work and make a purchase.

Any new products you want to tell us about? What's next for you?

I'm cooling my jets with art shows this summer to get in to the studio and make some new prints and greeting cards. I'm working on some home related designs: an alphabet print and an art print with kitchen measurements.

I'm also running an indiegogo campaign until the end of this month to raise funds to purchase a button maker. I started contracting out custom magnet and button sets featuring my original illustrations during the 2012 holiday season; my goal is to produce them solely in house by the end of the summer. There are incentives for every donation level, from a simple thank you card, to a tote bag, to a gift certificate for my etsy storefront. Check it out here!
