I'm just over it. Thank god for Pinterest, because I did get some new project ideas and spring-y colored things to share with you today. Let's have a gander.
First, this rug. I need it in my life. That looks like a drop cloth, but it's actually vinyl. GENIUS. Much easier to keep clean.

I'm a snacker, but I'm trying to steer us away from the more processed foods. We've found good replacements for Cheetos and Doritos, but Cheez-Its have been harder. I miss them so much I might just break down and make my own.

Pretty! I'd wear this to twirl around in a meadow. (Or to a party, if you want to be normal about it.)

As I usually do when trapped in the house for long periods of time, I found a bunch of stuff to change. First it was the kitchen table (which is still on the list!) and now I want to do something about our poor, neglected bedroom. I'm into that buffalo picture, but what really got me here were the patterned pillows. It's a happy little spot.

And finally, shout-out to my homegirl:

What are you up to this weekend? (Aside from crying softly into your tea at the thought of more snow.) I might zip over to the outlet mall before the weather hits, and I think I'm going to start painting the kitchen. Might as well get to work if I have to be here, right?
Ugh...we're supposed to get a ton of snow this weekend too! I hope the weather man is wrong (as they usually are)!
ReplyDeleteLOVE that dress! I have a wedding in May and this would be so cute :)
So far we've only gotten a dusting (fingers crossed!) I'm all about that dress, too.
DeleteLove that dress! We are enjoying wonderful sunny weather in Singapore! The evenings are so pleasant with cool sea breeze! We would heading for the "Roses of England Show" this weekend, can't wait to capture those beautiful blossoms:)
ReplyDeleteOh no, sorry to hear you're going to get more snow!! You've really had the looongest winter ever :-/
ReplyDeleteI'm in love with the dress :)
I'm so over the snow too. I can't even. I love that cheery dress though!
ReplyDeleteThat dress is so pretty! I'm probably doing the same thing as last weekend - a whole bunch of nothing while waiting for my thumb to heal fully.
ReplyDeleteThat bed looks very inviting. Can I dive in and take a nap?
ReplyDeleteIt won't be nearly as cold down here, but it's still abnormally cold. I'm going to my sister-in-law's baby shower and hopefully hit some antique stores on the way out of town!
ReplyDeleteI love how many of you are digging the dress! Collective high-five for all of us.
ReplyDeleteHave some ice and a little snow on the ground here. Ew!! I love the little star crackers. So elegant looking for cheese crackers!
ReplyDeleteOooh love that headboard. I need to learn to make something like that :)
ReplyDeleteYou know that I'm so over the snow and cold temps, too. I never thought that I'd want to see 30 degrees or higher in the forecast so much. Also, the dress that you featured here is fabulous.
ReplyDeleteI'm so sorry you guys are still getting MORE snow! I hope it stops soon. Seriously.
