On The Cheap: Shark Week

It's Shark Week! Things I have learned by watching it: Great Whites swim reeeeeally close to shore. They  enjoy the increased oxygen levels in shallow water. Also, Tiger Sharks have sharp scales that are a body-wide extension of their teeth.

And these aren't necessarily educational, but I dig them anyway:


In case you're feeling hardcore, the shark tooth necklace is $15. That t-shirt is modeled on a man, but I would totally wear it (relax, not at work), $21. The print with a Shark Week quote from 30 Rock is $15. And the shark-emerging-from-the-sea embroidery is $20.

Anybody else enjoying some sharky TV in the evening? Hubsey had NEVER watched Shark Week before, ever. Not even for five seconds. Are you in the same boat (ha)?

    i confess, i've never watched shark week.

    i DO really like to watch cheesy sci-fi movies about giant mutant sharks though.
