Pinterest #13

Happy Friday! I haven't done my usual Pinterest post for a couple of weeks, so I thought I was time to get back to it. This is actually one of my favorite things to do, because I get to go back and see which items stand out the most. It's pretty helpful for noticing patterns, or finding a last-minute gift idea.

Anyway, whenever I imagine what my perfect workspace would be like (in that hypothetical new house we're eventually getting) it looks EXACTLY like this:

A standing work station, tons of shelving and storage, a big window, hanging light fixtures so I don't accidentally knock the lamp over...

This mug is one DIY project I can't wait to try. Faux cross-stitch painted on with a special ceramic marker.

How amazing are these earrings? They come in about 30 other colors in case tiger's eye isn't your thing.

I haven't figured out what I'm going to use for my school supplies yet (whoa, that's weird to say again), but I'm thinking a basic tote like this:

This was intended to be a book-purse, but with some tweaking I think it'd be a cool Kindle holder:

What was your favorite thing from Pinterest (or the web) this week? And who has fun weekend plans? We're trying a new brick oven pizza place--which isn't terribly exciting, but I bet it'll be tasty.

  1. Pinterest is on my list this year, such inspiration! I love the workspace, so organized and spacious - spacious being the key word:) A special ceramic marker? Now, I am imagining possibilities Paige:):)

  2. I have Pinterest, but I'm not very active. I think I'm tooooooo lazy to pin everytime all the gorgeous things I've found. Yep, and I love the workspace. I still don't have my own so it inspires :)

  3. Yes, I love that workspace and had to pin your pin. I like all the baskets and shelf space. I could organize my paper and fabrics by color....anyway, I pinned a neat book rack that would be great for the kids (now to get the hubs to construct it) and a cool tea print. So fun to find all that neat stuff.

A pretty quiet weekend here...the best kind :) Ran some errands Friday and Saturday and spent last night in front of the TV with a magazine :)
