Milo and Molly Giveaway

Guys, I have a special treat for you today. Those who have been longtime readers know I don't do a ton of giveaways. It has to be something really snazzy to earn the stamp of approval, and this prize pack is up there with nachos and Harry Potter on the awesome scale. My friend Kristen was one of the first people I met through blogging, and I've been a longtime fan of her Etsy shop Milo and Molly. Today Kristen is here to tell us a little about what's in store for spring (hint: it's all super cool) as well as handing out an awesome prize to one lucky person. [And because Kristen and I like to do switcheroo posts, you can also find me featured over on her blog today! With a giveaway!]

Tell us a little about yourself. I'm Kristen, a lifelong New Englander who is wife to one and mom to two, not including our adorable and cuddly poodle. I really love fabric, tea, the library, and cooking, not necessarily in that order.

The embroidered hearts can be personalized, too.

And what about that cute Etsy shop? My shop is Milo and Molly, and it currently features colorful handmade sewn items and personalized stationery perfect for gifting. There's a little something for everyone- bib sets and blankets for babies, crayon rolls for kids, clutches, pincushions, and hoop art for women, and paper goods for the whole family.

Pincushions are available in many colors and patterns.

How did you start selling? I opened my shop (then By the Book Paper) in January 2011 having recently become a stay-at-home mom who was going slightly stir-crazy. I wanted to start with something manageable, since I didn't have a lot of alone time, so I started selling small paper goods- bookmarks, bookplates, and some stationery. I've slowly expanded my product line and eventually changed my shop name so it could be more versatile.

New handbags for spring! Kristen made this clutch for my sister's birthday.

Anything new in the works? Very soon I plan to add new styles of bags, such as leather-bottomed clutches, patchwork totes, possibly some organizers and wallets. I'm very excited about this new line!

Where else can we find you? On my blog, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

Now let's get to that giveaway! One lucky person will receive a $15 shop credit to Milo and Molly, plus a large ad space on the Milo and Molly blog. The contest will stay open until 11:59 p.m. on February 25th, at which time one random winner will be chosen. Good luck!
